A while ago a strange humanoid creature was discovered in Peru that shocked scientists. It had human characteristics, but surely it wasn’t human, it had a long and big skull, only 3 fingers.
With various tests it was established that the creature had 23 chromosomes, hinting that it was human after all, but some theories said that it could just be a different race similar to humans.
For the sake of it, the mummy was named Maria, Maria also had a slightly different rib structure than us humans. Later one 4 more male mummies were discovered. They all had the same characteristics and 23 pairs of chromosomes.
More tests actually revealed that they are very similar to humans, but definitely no humans, they were too different biologically speaking!
